Black Digital Media contracted to upgrade UED

Black Digital Media Ltd. has been contracted to re-build a website for the UED (Ultra Electronics Datel) - systems and software solutions provider for aerospace, defence and government sectors.

The site to feature:

• a back-end Content Management System;
• ability to manage various types of articles (news, events, case studies);
• ability to maintain a library of downloadable files linked to individual articles;
• ability to maintain a PDF archive, so that authorised users can:
  • submit PDF files;
  • PDF files will be automatically parsed;
  • content of those PDF files will stored in the database;
  • PDF articles can be searched;
• ability to maintain a banner management system.
• overall site-wide search;
• user-registration facility;
• careers section.
